Q3: Do I need to come into your office in order to retain you or access legal service and see you in person?
No. We can schedule a virtual appointment with you. Though it is better for you to come to our office so that you can get to know the legal team who will work on your case diligently, and you can then and there give documents and sign papers, we can electronically do those things as well to save you time and money.
Q4: What are your business hours?

You are expected to be truthful in your dealings with us. You need not worry because we are bound by the privileged communication and confidentiality rules provided by the Law Society of Ontario.

We normally require you to:
- Fill up our Client Identity Verification Form,
- Present 2 valid government issued photo IDs,
- Sign a Retainer Agreement, and
- Pay the initial retainer fee to get started.
Supporting documents, correspondences and pertinent files must be provided to us to enable us to best represent you in your case.
